Refund Policy

✅ When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

• We are completely unable to deliver your order due to technical issues on our end
• Your order has not started after 48 hours from payment confirmation
• Significant delivery shortfall (delivered less than 50% of ordered quantity)
• Service was unavailable for your specific account type

❌ When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

• Order has already been delivered (fully or partially)
• Your account was private, suspended, or changed during delivery
• You provided incorrect profile URL or username
• Followers/likes were removed by the platform after delivery
• You changed your mind after the order started processing
• More than 72 hours have passed since order placement without contacting support

🔄 Refill Guarantee

Standard packages include a 30-day refill guarantee. If you lose followers within 30 days of delivery completion, we will refill them for free.

Premium packages include a Lifetime refill guarantee. Any drops will be refilled indefinitely at no charge.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at support@foxfamehub.com
2. Include your Order ID and reason for refund request
3. Provide evidence if applicable (screenshots etc.)
4. Our team will review within 24 hours
5. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
